Imogen Heap, vocal angelic
July 12, 2008This is one of my favourite live radio performances by british music maven Imogen Heap.
I’ve already blogged an impressive use of the loop-based sequencer Ableton Live by Imogen’s sometime tour mate Kid Beyond: now it’s Imogen’s turn. She brings a very different style to Kid Beyond’s, channeling Kate Bush with an effortless vocal performance and her usual unique brand of vocal percussion.
Her new album is being recorded in her childhood home and is tentatively due for a Christmas release.
She is Awesome as usual but oh how she needs a stylist!
